Specifically designed solutions are needed to operate in extreme conditions, such as those of South Korean rice fields. Being ready to respond to market need all over the world, Celli technicians have thus created E/P, the new folding rotary tiler designed to work even completely flooded soils thanks to a particular working system that has already been patented by the company.
The folding E/P has been developed starting from the fixed version (E), with technical and geometric features that allows it to work effectively in the specific South Korean fields: the rotor has been completely redesigned in terms of dimensions, external diameter and quantity of flanges and hoes, while the use of high yield strength steels make this machine extremely light.
In addition to this floating features -which prevent the machine from sinking-specific geometries were studied to reach a very low weight/volume ratio, together with the correct speed of the rotor, achieved through a gearbox with single speed. Moreover, the development of new fans has reached the goal to avoid water projections in the surroundings of the working area.
Starting from the specific version for the Korean market, Celli engineers have already thought of suitable variants for rice paddies with different features: as a matter of fact, same as other Celli machines, even the E / P is characterized by extreme versatility, thanks to some technical inputs (the double flange with interface system) which allow to accommodate rotors of different sizes and geometries, replacing them simply and thus adapting the machine to different types of work and soil conditions.
