Celli continues to innovate to meet the needs of the end users, showcasing an important innovation that promises to simplify and speed up operations in the field: a new quick-release system for power harrow knives. This solution allows for significant savings in time and effort, making all maintenance operations easier even in unexpected conditions.
Technical details and key benefits
The system relies on two pins, which allow simultaneous disassembling of both knives on the single rotor if either is damaged or worn out, without the need for any tool.
These pins are 20 mm in diameter and their surface is hardened with special treatment. They act on a single bracket designed to block the two knives.
Then, the operator will simply remove a safety spring pin, unlock the pins, and extract a blade (or both). This operation takes just a few seconds and can be done anywhere, even in an open field, in the event of an unexpected breakage.
R&D: a constant commitment
Celli has always invested in Research and Development, carefully collecting feedback from operators and working to improve their work with new technologies. The closeness between Celli and the farmers is built on mutual trust. Thanks to this relationship, the company can propose solutions that concretely respond to the daily challenges of the agricultural sector, always maintaining the high quality and reliability of its machinery.
Presentation during Eima International 2024
The quick-release system, previewed at Eima International 2024, will be available starting in 2025 as an option for the larger power harrows in the Celli range, such as Energy and Maxi, in both fixed and folding versions.
